PRESCHOOL (September – June)
9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (Tues/Thurs – 2 days) = $190 monthly (M/W/F – 3 days) = $235 month (5 days) = $425 mo. *	9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Tues/Thurs – 2 days) $245 monthly (M/W/F – 3 days) $340 month (5 days) = $525 mo. *

OTHER PROGRAM FEES for School Age Children (1st grade – Age 12)
Morning Program – Parents can drop off any time between 7:00 a.m. 8:15 a.m.	$220/month
Afternoon Program – 5 days per week – Barrington Transportation transports from Roslyn Road or Countryside School to the Academy. The Academy provides a snack, assistance with homework, and age appropriate activities. (Times 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)	$255/month
Combined Morning & Afternoon Program	$450/month
AFTER KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM – 5 days per week (Times: 11:30 a.m.	$595/month
(6:00 p.m.) Barrington Transportation Service picks up at Roslyn or Countryside to the Academy. A hot catered lunch, afternoon snack, homework assistance and enrichment activities are provided. Private Piano lessons are available for an extra fee. Note: There is an additional charge if Before School Care is used in the morning between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. or After School 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. ). There is an additional $40 daily fee for Barrington District 220 school days off if your child attends the Academy. Kindergarten Dual Language After School Program from Roslyn or Countryside	$425/month

• $10 per hour for each additional hour. A late fee will be applied for pick up OR drop off 5 minutes – 30 minutes before/after regular scheduled pick up time, ie. before/after 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. AFTER 6:00 p.m. there is a $1.00 fee for each minute due past 6:00 p.m. Payment is due that night or within 24 hours. Checks should be made payable to Lake Barrington Academy of Stars and dropped off in the mailbox outside the Spruce Room.

• A 10% discount will be extended to each additional family member enrolled FULL TIME ONLY.

• Upon registration (Each September) the annual registration fee per child is due to secure a spot.

• Payment is due the first of each month and will be considered late if not received by 6:00 p.m. on the second school day of the month. A $25 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not received by 6:00 p.m on the second school day of the month. The student will not be accepted if payment is not received by the 4th school day of the month. TUITION IS DUE REGARDLESS OF SICK DAYS, SNOW DAYS, HOLIDAYS, IN-SERVICE, PERSONAL OR VACATION DAYS. We are not able to switch days if a child misses a day. There will be an extra fee for any additional days. Any deviation of this policy, will require a written Financial Hardship Letter and be reviewed by a special advisory board.

• There is a $25 NSF charge if a check is returned.

• A 30 day notice is required for cancellation of any classes or tuition will be assessed.

• To protect the overall health of each child, children need to stay home if they are sick, running a fever or have symptoms of any contagious childhood illness such as pink eye, or strep throat. A note from the doctor is required for your child to return to class after any major or contagious illness. Each parent should have a backup plan in place if your child is sick and is required to stay at home.
