Afternoon Program – 5 days per week – Barrington Transportation transports from Roslyn
Road or Countryside School to the Academy. The Academy provides a snack, assistance
with homework, and age appropriate activities. (Times 3:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

| Barrington Transportation Service picks up at Roslyn or

and enrichment activities are provided. Private Piano lessons are available for an extra fee.
Note: There is an additional charge if Before School Care is used in the morning
between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. or After School 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. ). |

There is an additional $40 fee for Barrington District 220 days off if your child attends the Academy.

• $10 per hour for each additional hour past regular schedule. A Late Fee will be applied for PICK UP or DROP OFF 5 – 30 minutes before/after regular scheduled pick up time, i.e. Before/after 11:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. AFTER 6:00 p.m. there is a $1.00 fee for each minute due past 6:00 p.m. Payment is due that night or within 24 hours. Checks should be made payable to Lake Barrington Academy of Stars and dropped off in the mailbox outside the Spruce Room.
• A 10% discount will be extended to each family member enrolled FULL TIME ONLY.
• Upon registration (Each September) the annual registration fee per child is due to secure a spot.
• Payment is due the first of each month and will be considered late if not received by 6:00 p.m. on the second school day of the month. The student will not be accepted if payment is not received by the 8th school day of the month. TUITION IS DUE REGARDLESS OF SICK DAYS, SNOW DAYS, HOLIDAYS, IN-SERVICE PERSONAL OR VACATION DAYS. We are not able to switch days if a child misses. There is an extra fee for any additional days. Any deviation of this policy will require a written Financial Hardship Letter and re reviewed by a special advisory board.
• There is a $25 NSF fee. There is a $25 late fee if tuition is not received by the second day of the month.
• A 30 day notice is required for any cancellation of classes or tuition will be assessed.
• To protect the overall health of each child, a doctor note is required for your child to return to class after any major or contagious illness. Each parent should have a back up plan if your child is sick and required to stay at home.
• Parents are expected to cooperate in signing their child in and out daily and recording the time.
